How it all began…

After enduring months on end of complaints from family members, friends, neighbours and work colleagues about their cleaning service provider and the sub-standard service they received, alongside the lack of consistency, lateness, lost keys, damages to properties and, in the extreme, a case of theft! - I was provoked to research and explore what represents an excellent customer-focused, good quality service, that guarantees an all round customer satisfaction in the cleaning industry - domestic and commercial.

I arrived at the conclusion that true customer satisfaction is in fact achievable! And my findings motivated me to acquire the necessary training and relevant skills to accomplish exactly this.

I used some of my family members as “guinea pigs” to experiment my newly acquired services and they were blown away! At this time, although I had a decent job that paid above an average wage, I was not fulfilled. Emboldened by my research and feedback from the “subjects” of my experiment, I left employment and birthed my first cleaning company! That was over 20 years ago and I’m grateful to say it’s been an exciting journey so far and there’s still so much more to come!
